General

Our general terms and conditions count for all our shippings and services. Once an order is placed, the customer obligates himself to follow it.

Shipping

We ship to the following countries ONLY: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Urkaine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

It usually takes 2-4 days for an order to be posted after we received the payment. Shipping costs are high, like all other costs in Switzerland, on top of that come Paypal percentage and packing material. We won’t reply to any complaints or engage in any discussions about these costs.

Note that Switzerland is not part of the EU, meaning additional customs taxes will most likely be charged by local customs on delivery. This is common knowledge. We don’t take any responsibility for those and will not refund them.

International shippings usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive, in rare cases it can be much longer. Delivery times are completely beyond our control and we don’t take any responsibility for any damage, additional costs or efforts caused by long delivery times.

Tracking codes for parcels can’t be provided unless paid for extra (add “Shipping Tracking Code” item to your order). Note that all orders over 1.7kg include tracking codes already. We don’t take responsibility for failed deliveries in any way, unless we clearly made a mistake (like using an obviously wrong address eventhough provided correctly by customer etc.). For orders to Italy, Romania, Greece and Hungary we strongly suggest to pay for tracking, since chances are real that parcels will vanish, speaking from past experiences.

Only use standard Roman characters for your shipping address, since the swiss postal online declaration system does not accept any special characters (for example “ß”). We don’t take responsibility for mistakes in the shipping address caused by the use of such characters.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

Payment/prices

All our prices are listed in swiss francs (CHF). We only accept direct bank transfer (payable within 3 days), Paypal or credit card via Paypal. If those three are no option for you, feel free to write us an e-mail to info(at)loadnode.com and we’ll see what other options we can find. This is also the mail adress for all payments and/or questions. We don’t send confirmations about received bank transfers.

Complaints/returns

For complaints, defetcs or incomplete shippings the customer needs to inform us in written form within 10 days at max. There is no return option. If you got a special/good reason for a return, get in touch with us, and we’ll think about it. If we decide to accept it, the customer has to pay for return shipping. In this case the return shipping has to be done in 5 days after our acceptance.

Reservation of proprietary

The goods remain in possession of LOAD until the complete payment is done. LOAD reserves the right to decline orders without explanations.

Compensation for damages

There is no possibility of compensation for damages concerning wrong images, prices, texts, late or omitted shippings. Colours of the pictured articles in the web shop may slightly differ from the original ones, or damaged parcels. For damaged shippings please complain at your local post office. How the post services handle shippings is well beyond our control, and we make sure parcels are packed properly.
